A new course to leaders and those who help leaders lead more effective in continually changing, novel and complex situations. This course takes a truly trans-disciplinary approach to challenge traditional ways of understanding leadership and organisations and help participants identify what's really happening inside them, between themselves and those they lead and how this is unfolding over time allowing for more useful ways of relating to and adaptively engaging with what is actually going on.  The cost of the course includes all materials, an SOI (Subject Object Interview) and debrief, Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.
