It has been said that in human systems, “The quality of the conversation determines the quality of the relationship and that the quality of the relationships in a system determines the quality of the system”.

Dialogue is an often misunderstood and misused approach to organisational communication. However, applied intentionally and appropriately it offers a powerful way to engage with the complex and tension laden problems and dysfunctional patters of behaviour that keep us stuck and unable to think creatively and innovate.

In this webinar we share our thoughts on dialogue – what it is and what it is not, and how, where, and why to use it in organisations, and the role of the leader in supporting its use.
