  for people who wish to expand and deepen their knowledge and practice o
 f Coaching. Participants typically have prior coaching experience as Hum
 an Resource professionals\, professional coaches\, counsellors\, trainer
 s with background in the Behavioural Sciences and managers and leaders w
 ho have some experience of the coaching process.\n\n\n\nThis is a 12 mod
 ule course conducted over 4 days. The 4 days are split into 2 x 2 day bl
 ocks separated by a 2 week break in which participants are invited to ap
 ply the reflective practitioner model in real coaching sessions.&nbsp\;\
