Description
This is an advanced-level training course for participants who have completed the Four Day Intensive Professional Development Certificate in Coaching and have a background in Human Resource management, management, coaching, psychology or the behavioural sciences. This course will cover areas including case conceptualiSation, complexity and adult development; advanced goal setting strategies; advanced questioning skills and using emotion in coaching. A deeply experiential course, it offers participants the opportunity to add more depth to their coaching practice by practical application of current coaching theory and research, whilst receiving support and feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Prerequisites
This is an on-line workshop and will be delivered over 3 days with each day consisting of 2 x 2 hour sessions (4 hours per day). To ensure appropriate individual attention and role-play supervision, workshop size will be limited.
